Gluten free bistro and bakery

 Tai Shan Farms is a small farm on the big island of Hawaii that offers a unique dining experience where I offer comfort food, made from scratch, that’s 100% GF.  I source as much of my ingredients from Hawaii as possible. All my beef is island raised grass fed, grass finished.  I use only pasture raised chicken.  The Farmstand is an intimate space with limited seating.  Open Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 4 to 7 pm where I offer dine in and take out options.  Monday and Tuesday are open seating, first come, first served.  Wednesday I offer reservations. Walk-ins are welcome on Wednesday’s if space is available. Every other Friday I host a reservation only pre-fixe 4 course dinner.  To make reservations call 808-929-9613.  I only take reservations over the phone.
