Tai Shan salad vinaigrettes are a concentrate; they have no oil salt or preservatives. Each is a blend of dragon fruit grown right on the farm and local ingredients whenever possible. They work well as a concentrate or can be mixed with your favorite oil for a more traditional dressing.
Lilikoi dressing is similar to a raspberry vinaigrette but with more pop! It’s sweet, slightly tangy with a little bit of a spicy finish. This dressing pairs well with a light oil like a grape seed, avocado or canola. Drizzle a little of the oil on your salad first, if you desire, and then add the dressing. It goes really well with dark leafy greens like arugula, spinach, kale, chard or cabbage. Add some gorgonzola, roasted nuts and bacon and Bam! You have an amazing salad full of flavor sure to please the whole framily.
Honey Mustard is our most versatile dressing, use it as dipping sauce or finishing sauce too. For salad it pairs well with romaine, iceberg and/or butter lettuce. Add some radish, carrots, red onion and croutons for a perfect starter salad. A robust olive oil really brings out all the flavors when making a dressing. Mix some mayonnaise and our Honey Mustard with a dash of cayenne for a sweet and spicy dipping sauce for chicken fingers or a veggie platter. It goes great on pork, salmon or white fish as a finishing sauce when grilling.
Honey Ginger is perfect for an Asian inspired dressing. It pairs well with toasted sesame oil and a dash of soy sauce, to really round out the flavor profile. Add some shredded napa cabbage, toasted almonds, snap peas, green onions, wontons and sesame seeds to a bowl for the perfect Asian slaw salad.
